We want you to have an incredible experience with Momentum and are confident in the quality we promise. We believe most issues can be fixed so please just reach out to help@momentumshake.com

If a flavor doesn't meet your expectations and we can't help make recipe adjustment, we will get you a new flavor.

However, as this is a food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests we deem to be fraudulent.
