We want you to love Momentum, and we stand behind every product we make.

30-Day Flavor Guarantee

If you've tried Momentum and the flavor isn't right for you, contact us at help@momentumshake.com within 30 days of receiving your first order. We'll arrange a complimentary replacement in a different flavor.

Our Flavor Guarantee is available once per customer and covers one replacement bag, regardless of the number of bags purchased. It applies to first orders only. The guarantee provides a replacement flavor, not a refund of your original purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Because Momentum is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for ordinary purchases, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at help@momentumshake.com. We'll make it right by sending a replacement at no charge.
