I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your trying Momentum and investing in your long term health.

Here are some quick tips to help you maximize your results:

1) First, fill your Momentum shaker with 7-8oz of cold water or milk, never hot, to avoid damaging the vitamins. My personal favorite is almond milk.

2) Then add two scoops of Momentum. Try it alone first, but it's great in a smoothie too.

3) Screw the top on and shake for at least 15 seconds. It should be as smooth as chocolate milk. No need to put in a blender.

For the first two weeks, I recommend having Momentum with a meal to ensure an easy transition. I usually have it alone as my breakfast now. I would not recommend having it at night since it's energizing.

You will have better results if you take it daily. While you may feel more energy right away, the larger benefits will be seen in the coming months. Remember, healing and transformation take time. I'm still getting stronger and healthier every month.
Limit to one serving per day as you don't want to many vitamins or NAD+ precursors. Also this is not intended for those under age 18 or pregnant. Store in a cool, dark place and make sure to seal the bag.
